Where is your shop based?
- We are currently based in Manila, Philippines.

Do you accept returns/cancellations?
- Sorry, we don’t allow cancellations once orders have been placed. If there was a mistake on your address/billing info/order number etc. please contact us via Instagram DM or [email protected] and we'll gladly assist you.

I also do not accept returns, but rest assured that your orders are checked and packaged with care before it is shipped off.

When can I expect my order?
- All orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to produce and process before shipping. Please expect delays in shipping due to COVID-19 restrictions depending on the country.

All Orders are shipped via PHLPOST and comes with a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the post office.
